DX Today is a small, independent newsroom, so there is no support queue and no contact-form purgatory here. Story tips, corrections, licensing questions, podcast guest pitches, and speaking requests all land in the same inbox, and they are answered personally.
Best for tips, corrections, and everything else. Typical reply within one business day.
For physical review copies and legal notices.
Corrections and editorial standards
Accuracy matters more than speed. If something we published is wrong, email us with the edition date and the story headline and we will correct it and note the change. Our sourcing and independence policies are described on the About page.
A note on pitches
DX Today takes no sponsor money, runs no paid placements, and sells no coverage at any price. That independence shapes what happens to a pitch. Vendor press releases are read and logged, but launch language is not evidence, and announcements are rarely covered on their own. What earns coverage: verifiable numbers, shipped products in real production use, regulatory and legal filings, primary research, and the developments business leaders actually have to act on. If your news clears that bar, a short factual summary with primary sources will always get further than a polished pitch.
No guests, no contributed content
The DX Today Podcast and The AI Daily Brief do not host guests. Every episode is produced entirely by our newsroom under a single editorial standard, and guest appearances, sponsored interviews, and expert placements would compromise the vendor neutral position this publication is built on. Requests for podcast appearances are declined as a matter of policy, whatever the credentials of the guest. It is not a judgment of the person; it is how we keep the coverage clean. The same policy applies to contributed articles, bylined guest posts, and expert commentary offers.
What actually helps a story get covered: a specific, dated, verifiable claim; a primary source we can check ourselves; deployment or customer evidence rather than projections; and candor about what is not yet proven. Send that to the newsroom address above and it will be read with genuine interest.
